- Does the TRUBlanket get too hot?
We designed the TRUBlanket with 100% breathable materials. The outer shell is also easily removable for warmer months. This way, you are never too hot or too cold.

- Is the TRUBlanket Washable?
Yes, both the inner layer and the outer shell are machine washable!
- Will there be multiple color options?
We are considering multiple color options, but these will not be available until after our Kickstarter campaign has concluded.
- Where is your product made and what do you do to ensure ethically sound production methods?
Our products are designed in the US, and sourced abroad. We work with trusted manufacturing partners who abide by strict labor laws.
- I get overheated with conventional blankets. How does this product work with heat distribution?
We designed the warm cover to be removable, this way during the warmer months you can stay cool.
- What is your return policy for the blankets once they've shipped?
Because of the extensive discount that we're providing on Kickstarter, we're unable to offer a refund or return policy at this time.
- When will the first batch of blankets ship?
We will have a small limited batch ready to go for the first supporters getting the “Break of Dawn Package” and these will ship immediately after funding for the project occurs. The next batch after this is slated to arrive in October to November.
- Does the TRUBlanket work effectively when shared between couples at night?
We suggest you purchase the “Partner Package”. That will allow you both to have your own TRU Blanket, and will save you over 200 dollars!
- Is it possible to change my order?
Yes, simply withdraw your original order, and make another pledge at the reward level you desire.
- Can you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes! All you need to do is enter an amount that is at least $45 per blanket over your pledge level. This is because the cost for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $65, instead of the $20 shipping to the contiguous US.
- I live in the US. Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
If you live in certain states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington you may be responsible for a sales tax based on your state’s specific tax law. This will be calculated and included in your total shipping cost at the conclusion of the campaign when we process your order.
